The Lake - Carp Fishing La Froterie, Leisure Fishing Holiday

A peaceful place in the valley of Pougne Herisson, set in a beautiful 8 acres of land, with a lake that is just under 4 acres in size, with Carp up to 40lb.

You will be fishing in unspoilt natural surroundings with Dragonflies, Butterflies and Deer. With walnuts, chestnut and cobnut trees and with amazing moons and stars at night.

The South West France has a warmer climate and shorter winter.

La Froterie has 2 swims in total

3 x rods per swim only

2 x anglers only

In very hot conditions through the summer there will be restriction on times of fishing and how many lines can be used.

The Fish

Some of the original fully scaled Carp are already in our lake which are up to 24lb. As from December 2018, we will have new stock of fish up to 40lbs.

The fish in our Lake are, Common Carp, Mirror Carp & European White Koi.
